🕒 Check-in & Check-out Check-in Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Arrivals after 8:00 PM require prior approval Late check-ins cannot be guaranteed, as the caretaker's regular duty hours end at 8:00 PM A minimum of 6 hours' advance notice is required before check-in Check-out Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges 🔐 Guest Verification & Security Deposit For a smooth and secure check-in experience: A valid government-issued ID is required from all guests at check-in. International guests must provide a copy of their passport and valid visa. Domestic guests must provide a valid Aadhaar Card. A refundable ₹5,000 security deposit will be collected at check-in. 🏠 House Rules We want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Kindly follow these simple house rules: 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. 🎉 Parties and events are not permitted. 🔊 Loud music is not allowed at any time. Indoor music may be enjoyed at a low to moderate volume. 🚫 Illegal activities, including narcotics use and gambling, are strictly prohibited. 👥 Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed. 🛡️ Safety & Comfort Guidelines For everyone's safety, please keep the following in mind: 👶 Children should not be left unattended on balconies or the terrace. 🔥 Use the kitchen and cooking appliances carefully. Ensure the gas stove is completely switched off after use. Use only microwave-safe utensils in the microwave. Handle knives and hot cookware with care. 💧 Please do not drink tap water. RO-filtered drinking water is available in the kitchen. 🦟 As the property is located in a coastal area, mosquitoes and flies may occasionally be present. Keeping doors and windows closed when possible is recommended. 🔧 Property & Damages We kindly ask you to treat the villa, furniture, appliances, and amenities with care. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the responsible guest. 🌴 During Your Stay Although I am based in Delhi, our local caretaker will be available at the property to welcome you, assist with check-in, and provide on-site support when needed.
