This entire private villa is ideal for families, mature groups, and couples looking for a relaxed, comfortable stay surrounded by greenery .The home is not meant for loud parties and is best suited for guests who value calm living, tasteful interiors, and quality time together. With spacious indoor areas, a cosy basement lounge, and a beautiful golf course view from one of the balconies.

The space

The Space Art Soul Villa is spread across multiple levels and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with a base occupancy of 6. The ground floor features a warm and welcoming living area with an attached dining space and a fully functional kitchen. This level is perfect for family meals, conversations, and relaxed evenings together. The villa has three bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while one bedroom is on the ground floor, making it convenient for families with elders or children. One of the first-floor bedrooms opens to a balcony with a lovely golf course view, adding to the peaceful experience of the stay. The basement is a highlight of the villa. It includes a private deck-style sitting area with two sofa-cum-beds, a TV, and space where guests can play soft music, relax, and unwind. This area works well as a chill zone for movie nights, conversations, or quiet entertainment. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans to ensure comfort throughout the year. Living & Common Areas The villa includes a private living room, dining area, basement lounge, and garden space. Guests do not have access to any clubhouse or society pool, ensuring privacy and a quiet environment. Indoor entertainment includes board games and cards. Outdoor activities within the society include access to a spa, available at an additional charge. Kitchen & Food The kitchen is fully accessible to guests, and full cooking is allowed. Vegetarian cooking is permitted inside the kitchen. Non-vegetarian food is allowed for consumption but not for cooking inside the villa. For convenience, Zomato and Swiggy are available, and there are in-house restaurants within the society. The villa offers private parking for up to two cars. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is no washing machine on-site. Bluetooth speakers are not provided. House Rules Art Soul Villa is not a party property. Stag male groups are allowed, but the villa is best suited for responsible and mature guests. Groups of young adults may be accepted after understanding the purpose of stay, to ensure the property’s peaceful environment is maintained. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas. Quiet hours must be followed strictly after 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Events and parties are not permitted. A security deposit of ₹3000 is required and will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout, subject to inspection.

Guest access

Guests will have complete access to the entire villa, including all three bedrooms, the living and dining areas, the basement lounge, kitchen, garden, and private parking. Certain society amenities like the clubhouse and pool are not included.
