Guests will be able to access complete 1 BHK apartment and a common swimming pool. 🏢 The apartment is located on the 1st floor. 🛏️ Extra mattress will be provided for any additional guest added to the reservation. 🛗 Lift available directly from the parking area for easy access. 🚗 Covered parking is available for guests. 🧳 Luggage can be safely kept with the security team if you arrive before check-in time. 🚫 No lobby area is available for waiting in case of early arrival.

Smoking is permitted only in the patio. 3️⃣ Hygiene & Sanitization: All Da Alohas properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every guest's arrival. 4️⃣ Parking: Free secured parking 5️⃣ Housekeeping Services: Daily housekeeping/cleaning services are provided. If additional cleaning is required, feel free to request, and we will do our best to arrange it on a best-effort basis. 6️⃣ Power Backup: The property is equipped with an inverter backup, which provides up to 2 hours of power for fans and lights. 7️⃣ Guest Welcome & Assistance: A Da Alohas representative will personally greet you upon arrival and provide a detailed house tour. 8️⃣ Lift Facility & Maintenance: This beautiful 1st-floor apartment offers stunning views and is accessible via a lift. However, please note that routine maintenance may occur during your check-in or check-out, in which case you may need to use the stairs. 9️⃣ Late Check-Out Policy: Prior approval is required for late check-outs. We’ll be happy to accommodate requests based on availability. Uninformed or unauthorized late check-outs will incur a penalty of half-day rent. 🏊‍♂️ POOL RULES 🏊‍♀️ 🕘 Pool Timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM 👙 Swimwear Only: Only swimwear Or Dry Fit clothing is allowed in pool. ❌ Regular clothes or non-swimwear not allowed. ⚠️ Penalty: Wearing non swimwear or non dry fit clothing in the pool will result in a ₹5,000 fine as per society rules. 🚭 * Smoking or Drinking:* Drinking is allowed anywhere in apartment and smoking is allowed only in patio/balcony. ❌Strictly not allowed near or in the pool area. 💸 Rule Violation Fine: Any breach of the above rules will attract a ₹5,000 penalty from society management. 🙏 Kindly follow the rules to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool experience for everyone!
