The fifth bedroom is studio-like layout, making it the perfect space for kids. For those who prefer a touch of luxury, the upper-floor bedrooms open directly onto a balcony where you can enjoy your morning tea while taking in the serene breeze. The villa is equipped with an elevator, making it easy to move between floors comfortably. Our fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a fridge, oven/microwave, gas stove, kettle, and toaster, along with all necessary crockery and cutlery. Fresh tea and coffee supplies are provided. The property is beautiful and offers complete privacy. Check-in is seamless, and our staff is exceptional. Villa Svar also provides private parking for two cars. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting with a group, you will have full access to the entire villa, including all outdoor spaces and the private pool. The fully furnished kitchen is available for your convenience at no extra charge, complete with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. For your entertainment, we’ve provided a selection of board games to ensure a fun-filled stay. Additionally, an elevator provides convenient access to all floors. Daily housekeeping services are included, so you can focus entirely on relaxing. Free on-site parking is also provided. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, we have everything covered to make your stay truly enjoyable.

Svar is curated with lots of love. It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability and charges). Age group: This place is meant for a calm & soothing getaway for families, we shall prefer families / couple’s, office gatherings. Parties & Events: We love music; however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. Cook will provided for breakfast at INR 1000/- per day, groceries to be charged on actuals (8:30 AM to 10:30 AM). We can arrange a chef for extra charge who can help with delicious food for the other meals of the day. Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The entire villa cleaning is done every day, and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be settled at the time of check out. The property manager and caretaker would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well. The property holds the right to cancel any bookings if needed.
