You’ll have the access to the whole floor of a building which includes a beautiful front balcony and a service balcony for laundry etc, 3 bedrooms with attached washrooms, a proper kitchen, lobby with dining area and a separate living area. Zero tolerance with nuisance in the parking premises, the staircase area and the front balcony. Music and noise levels to be controlled to civilised volume strictly and quiet hours needs to respected. 3. For security purposes please see that the main building door and both the house main doors are shut at all times, including post your Zomato/Swiggy/Dunzo/Blinkit etc delivery partner leave the premises for your safety and that of the neighbours and it would reduce the disturbance to neighbours also. 4. Please switch off the Electronic Appliances like Air conditioner, Water Geezers at times when not in use. We save the resources together for a better tomorrow for all of us✅ 5. Partying without prior permission and extra security deposit is not allowed, all guests will will be asked to leave the property without any refund. Extra cleaning charges are also applicable. The security deposit is Rs. 10,000/- which is completely refundable on occasions of no damages or complaints. 6.Parking is available for 2 cars only, for rest please get a driver/valet service. 7. Extra guests or visitors who’s ID’s have not been shared beforehand are strictly prohibited, in an event of any violations to this house rule, all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any refund. Extra guests charges are @1000/- per person (non negotiable) 8. Foreign guests or NRI’s need to give all passport details and copies of legal documents as per the requirements of FORM C needs to be filled in properly and agreement to be submitted with the local authorities.
