Airbnb no longer allows parties – and neither do we. 💑 Age Requirement for Couples: Both guests must be 18+ to book and stay, regardless of the nature of the relationship. 🪪 ID Requirement: As per Indian law, all national guests must provide a valid government ID (except PAN card). 🔑 On arrival, you’ll receive a set of keys. Please treat our apartment like your own home, not as a hotel. If something’s wrong, tell us – we’ll do our best to fix it quickly. We are your hosts and co-hosts 💛 – we care deeply about your comfort, but please remember we are also human. We aim to offer better service than most hotels here. Here’s how you can help us keep things great: 1️⃣ 🚭 No smoking inside the room – use the balcony just outside. 2️⃣ Please don’t pull drapes, damage décor, or break items. 3️⃣ Avoid calling every 2 minutes for basic things – it’s a home, not a hotel. 4️⃣ If something’s not right, let us know – but don’t expect instant magic ✨, we may be busy too. 5️⃣ 🍽 Clean your utensils after use – caretakers can’t wash them every time. Also, please don’t complain about cold water being used from the fridge – this is a shared home. 6️⃣ Be kind – rudeness really hurts us. 7️⃣ 👥 Max 2 guests per booking – no extra visitors allowed. 8️⃣ ⏰ No early check-ins beyond what we can arrange – standard check-in is 1 PM.
