Important Parking Alert: No parking is provided. Please seek on-street parking in the Visitors' Parking area if available. "Please note that the society uses recycled water in the flush (WC) as part of an eco-friendly initiative to promote the responsible use of natural resources. As a result, the water in the commode may appear slightly discolored, but rest assured it is treated and safe for this intended purpose." Additional Services: 1. Extra Bedding Set: If guests desire an extra complete set (including 1 bedsheet, 2 sets of towels, 2 extra quilt covers, and 2 pillow covers), a nominal fee of ₹500/- is applicable in advance upon request. These charges are optional. 2. Cleaning Services: A maid can be arranged for thorough apartment cleaning (including utensils and mopping) for a fee of ₹150/-. These charges are also optional. 3. Late Check-Ins: For late check-ins occurring between 6 PM and 8 PM, a fee of ₹500/- will be applied. For arrivals between 10 PM and 12 AM, the fee is ₹750/-. Please note that these services must be requested in advance for timely arrangements. Payment can be facilitated through Paytm. Your comfort is our priority. Important Requirement: Every guest must submit a copy of their Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, or e-Visa to the company ID before check-in. Foreign nationals must provide the necessary details for FRRO registration. Note: For any extra services, guests need to inform us in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
