Nestled amidst the serene mountains of Nathuakhan, Uttarakhand, our charming two-bedroom cottage offers a haven of peace and tranquility. Here, you will get one private room with attached washroom along with common areas of the cottage. Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, pine, oak, fruit, and herbal trees.
The space
The cottage boasts two comfortable bedrooms (15' x 13') each with a king-size bed, large side tables, reading lamps, and a cozy bay window seating area perfect for curling up with a book. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms for your convenience. Additional amenities include cupboards, study tables, and luggage racks. For additional guests, the attic provides a spacious retreat (42' x 13') with two single beds, comfortable seating, a TV, and a dedicated bathroom - ideal for families or groups. The inviting living room (17' x 13') offers a comfortable five-seater sofa perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The adjoining dining area features a beautiful six-seater pinewood table, ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones. While the bedrooms prioritize peaceful rest, the attic provides a dedicated space to catch up on your favorite shows with a comfortable three-seater sofa and TV. While we don't offer full kitchen access, we've got you covered! Our dedicated cook/caretaker can prepare delicious meals throughout your stay for an additional cost. Enjoy these meals in the dining area or take them outdoors to the charming garden with seating and a Tandoor for barbeques. The garden also boasts a small fruit orchard with peach and apple trees, adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Our cottage is perfectly situated for exploring the stunning Himalayas. Located near popular destinations like Mukteshwar, Sitla, Dhanachuli, Nainital, Hartola, and Ramgarh, it offers a convenient base camp for your adventures.

Please note: - Guests can use common areas and their respective rooms. - TVs are not available in the bedrooms, but one is provided in the attic. - Meals are not included in the room rate but can be arranged with the cook/caretaker for an additional cost.

We have a caretaker stationed at the cottage who will help you with everything at the property. For anything else, my friendly co-hosts Ankit and Sonali from Home-Zoned will be available remotely.

Meals and House Rules: Complimentary Breakfast (Choose any two options) - Stuffed Parathas/ Aloo Poori - Poha/ Upma / Cornflakes/ Bread toast and jam Hot Tea/ Coffee complimentary Lunch/ Dinner Veg: 400 per person (1 Daal, 1 Veg Subzi, Roti/ Rice, Salad) Non-Veg: 500 per person (1 Chicken dish, 1 Veg Subzi, Roti/ Rice, Salad) P.S. 1. Same dishes for the entire group (for all meals). 2. Guests do NOT have access to the kitchen 3. Please confirm the food menu at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. 4. Check in: 3 PM onwards & Check out: 11 AM sharp. 5. No Smoking inside the cottage! 6. The number of guests shouldn't exceed the actual guests at the time of booking. 7. No Loud music outside the cottage. 8. No plucking of flowers or fruits. 9. Request you to adhere to the house rules and timings for food, check-in and check-out. We will be happy to see you treating the property and the team with respect, same will be reciprocated. 10. Our staff will be available during the meal time and house-keeping time only: Breakfast: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, Lunch: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, Dinner: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM 11. Incase of multiple nights booking, Breakfast after 10 am will be charged. Our team will retire at 10 PM. 12. This place is not ideal for stags (all boys group), we will cancel the booking if found all stags have booked the place.
