Guests have exclusive access to the reserved rooms and shared facilities of the homestay, including: the shared in-house restaurant and common outdoor areas such as the garden, bonfire zone, parking space upto 7 cars and swimming pool. Our property is designed for a seamless stay with ample facilities for both relaxation and adventure

Important notes: -Check-in is at 2 PM-8PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. -Main gate be closed from 9 pm to 6 am. -No check-ins allowed after 8pm -Government-issued IDs are required for all guests. - Valid is required for safety, security and submitting guest check in forms to Kalimpong Police Station. --------- -Homestay is entirely Non-Smoking & Non-Alcohol zone and therefore, smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at all spaces except designated terrace space . -Right to admission reserved. -Any property damage will be charged accordingly. ------------- -Guests are required to lock the room and to handover the key before leaving for sight-seeing or checking out. If lost, the guest will be liable to pay a penalty of Rs 500/- -The Main Gates will remain closed from 9pm-6am. -Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival. -------------- -This listing is a part of the entire cottage. -Guests are required to climb few stairs to reach the property. -Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the cottage.
