About this place
A unique , well equipped and modern private villa/bungalow offering 3 bedroom ,lawn, a large living room , dining area , indoor gazebo and kitchen. We offer our place for both and get togethers. Guest can choose us for a weekend getaway or evening cocktail parties after work.
The space
Our Villa has 3 large bedrooms with king size bed and sofa with enough space to put extra mattresses. There is one more room in the property which can be used for sleeping. All three rooms & living room are fully air conditioned. The kitchen is also operational and has refrigerator, microwave , crockery , cutlery , glassware etc. Guest who wish to cook can do so by paying a nominal charge.
Other things to note
Guest must clean their trash while leaving .They can take a trash bag from our caretaker to collect the trash. Guest can also use the services of caretaker to remove the trash by paying an additional charge of INR 500. Inverter has been provided in case of any power disruption , it would only support limited fans and lights. We have three bedrooms with 3 king size beds. Guest must be specify the number of extra mattresses/beddings required prior to the event to ensure comfortable stay for all overnight guests.Guest MUST reconfirm availability prior to booking instantly. The sleeping arrangment is for upto 9 guests ( with 3 extra mattresses ) only.
