The sleeping arrangement is for up to 12 guests ( with 3 extra mattresses ) only. Guest must clean their trash while leaving .They can take a trash bag from our caretaker to collect the trash. Guest can also use the services of caretaker to remove the trash by paying an additional charge of INR 500. Terrace or outdoor area is not meant for parties or any gatherings. Music , hooting or noise of any kind is not allowed. Smoking is allowed indoor. Damage charges will applicable as below - Glassware - If a glass is broken , guest will be charged for the whole set. If a single piece is broken, guest will pay for the whole set. OR guest can replace the whole set with a new one of the same brand and type. Crockery & Cutlery - If a single piece is broken, guest will pay for the whole set. OR guest can replace the whole set with a new one of the same brand and type. Linen , upholstery or furnishing - In case of any damage , guest will pay the cost or replace it with a new one. Puke or excessive filth - Additional cleaning charge will apply.
