Looking for a Villa for a house party ? Our beautiful 5 bedroom villa just 12 minutes from Cyber city , Gurugram offers aple space for corporate events,social gatherings, house parties etc. We can accommodate 20 guests for a get together. A fully equipped kitchen ,a pool table, living room with music system, WIFI and a large led for entertainment. All the rooms are well appointed with modern amenities in a homely setup. We have a house help for daily cleaning.

The space

Our space is spread in 600 yards area and has 5 large bedrooms with attached en suite washrooms , a large living room, fully equipped kitchen , indoor/outdoor parking & pool table

Guest access

Guest have access to all the areas. Kitchen usage is on chargeable basis only.Guest will be charged 1500 per night for the same. Terrace is for outdoor seating during the day or for smoking. No music or parties allowed in the terrace area.

Other things to note

GUEST MUST - Guest must clean their trash while leaving .They can take a trash bag from our caretaker to collect the trash. Guest can also use the services of caretaker to remove the trash by paying an additional charge of INR 500. Please follow the following House rules - KEY HOUSE RULES *Music must be played indoor only. We provide our own music system. *For evening Functions check in time will be 4:00 pm (Flexible) & Check out time will be 11 am.Any extension in check out time will require prior approval. Additional charge of INR 1000 will be applicable for every half an hour extension. *Any third party activity requires permission from the host .Failure to do so would forfeit the entire security amount *No dhols, fireworks are allowed into the property *ID proofs of all the guests are mandatory *In case of breaking and neglecting self declaration and house rules will forfeit the entire security amount * Extra guest without information to the host would be chargeable at 500 /- Rs per person . *Any kind of weapon and arm is prohibited, if found will forfeit all the security and immediate expulsion from the property of all the guests and host as they will not continue to use the property . *Any kind of illegal drugs and illegal activity are prohibited, if found will forfeit all the security and immediate expulsion from the property of all the guests and host as they will not continue to use the property and will be forfeited to use the property any time in future. *If guest manage to sneak in any kind of prohibited item then a serious legislative complaint will be filed against all the guests, for being a part of illegal activity *Incase of any accident inside the property , “Amrit Villa 365" and manager will not be responsible, after the signature of guest on “self declaration and house rules”. *The sleeping arrangement is for up to 14 guests ( with 3 extra mattresses ) only. Guest must reconfirm availability before booking instantly. Terrace or outdoor area is not meant for parties or any gatherings. Music , hooting or noise of any kind is not allowed. Smoking is allowed indoor. Damage charges will applicable as below - Glassware - If a glass is broken , guest will be charged for the whole set. If a single piece is broken, guest will pay for the whole set. OR guest can replace the whole set with a new one of the same brand and type. Crockery & Cutlery - If a single piece is broken, guest will pay for the whole set. OR guest can replace the whole set with a new one of the same brand and type. Linen , upholstery or furnishing - In case of any damage , guest will pay the cost or replace it with a new one. Puke or excessive filth - Additional cleaning charge will apply.
