We're delighted to host you and hope you have a comfortable and memorable stay. ### Respect for the Home * This home is best suited for families, business travellers, and responsible guests. * Please help maintain a peaceful environment, especially during late evening and night hours. * Small, decent get-togethers are welcome. Parties, loud music, and any activity that may disturb neighbours are not permitted. * Smoking is allowed only in the designated balcony area. * Day visitors are permitted with prior approval from the host. * As the property is located in a residential neighbourhood, we kindly request all guests to respect the community. Guest Verification * In accordance with local regulations, all guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. * Foreign nationals are required to share passport, visa, and other details necessary for FRRO registration. * Please note 1. Parking: Our manager will assist you in finding/providing parking, subject to availability. Vehicles are parked at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner/manager will not be responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to the vehicle or its belongings. 2. Check-In: After receiving your valid IDs, please allow our manager at least 1 hour to assist with your check-in. Earlier assistance may be possible depending on availability, but cannot be guaranteed. Kindly plan your arrival accordingly. ### Safety & Responsible Use * Please use air conditioners, heaters, and other electrical appliances responsibly. * Guests will be liable for any damage caused due to misuse or negligence. * If portable heaters are provided, keep them away from beds, curtains, and children. Do not leave them unattended or operate them continuously in closed rooms. ### Electricity Charges * For stays exceeding **2 nights**, electricity is charged based on actual consumption. * **Rate:** ₹8 per unit, payable either in advance or at check-out. ### Photoshoots & Content Creation The property is available for photoshoots and content creation **with prior approval**. To help us maintain the home: * Prior approval is mandatory before any shoot. * Maximum crew size: **10–12 people**. * No drilling, nails, adhesives, or alterations to walls or fixtures. * Heavy furniture must not be moved without permission. * Smoke machines, fire effects, or hazardous equipment are not permitted. * Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply after commercial shoots, if required. ### Important Information * This is a peaceful residential home intended for relaxed stays. * We trust our guests to care for the property as they would their own. * Any serious violation of these house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb policies.
