The space

We're located in a quiet neighborhood and would expect our guests to not cause any disruptions through any excess/loud noises of any kind during stay. Located near Gurgaon City center, close to cyber hub, Infospace, Sec 21/22/23/1/2/3/4/5/29, airport, Udyog vihar, Dwarka Expressway (sec 99-112), Sheetla Mata Mandir, Yashobhoomi International convention center,Ambience Mall etc. Manipal and Park hospitals in vicinity. Near by huge park 500 meters away, 2 KM long path for running/jogging. Swiggy/Zomato/Blink it /uber / ola works perfectly Daily housekeeping is provided for both short/long stay High Speed wifi WIFI, Smart TV, ACs in all bedrooms and hall, Refrigerator, RO, Full Kitchen Hot water, 3 double Beds, InverterBackup Checkin 1:00pm onwards Checkout 11:00am [NO Flexibility] Additional charges for any additional request. TT table needs to be assembled and dissembled by guests themselves. please carry your own rackets and ball. Apartment is within Green Bacchus Stays building and has stairs access only. Self check in is enabled through a lockbox which is placed next to the apartment gate on your floor. - Our 5-star ratings — The Airbnb rating system is rather different from the hotel rating system. 4 stars (or below) ratings can very quickly shut down small BnBs, & anytime a guest rates us a 4, we assume they will not return. Most guests have graciously rated us 5 star; not because we are a hotel or luxury BnB or are perfect, but because we work very hard to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. We are responsive & take constructive feedback seriously. A significant number of guests return and/or extend their stay. A 5-star rating simply means “We had a good experience especially considering the price we paid, and we would be happy to return/extend our stay”. No place is perfect for every guest. Guest satisfaction is a function of fit. I have included close to 50 pictures along with slides with a lot of details so guests know exactly what to expect (both good and bad) prior to booking. Guest access

Entire apartment, terrace area is shared along with building stairs lobby. washing machine is included as well in the terrace area. TT table needs to be installed and uninstalled by the guests. please carry your own rackets and balls. Consumables of any kind are NOT provided.

Other things to note

Please stay responsibly, switch off electronics when not in use; wash your utensils after use; please take care of your trash by disposing it in the big dustbin outside the apartment door; please ensure apartment is check in ready after your check out. 2 min walk from the main road. there's a bus stop just 2 min walk away. reachable by auto/cab/own car. street parking. Quiet hours 10 pm onwards. No abuse whatsoever of any kind at any time. No terrace access during quiet hours. Strictly, NO kind of verbal/physical abuse can take place at any of our properties at any time. No use of any expletives in/around the property during your stay. Quiet hours 10 PM onwards. Quiet hours are a non negotiable, absolutely no party/music/loud conversations during quiet hours. Decibel level should be below 35. Vomit stains, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine Fine of Rs. 5000 on violation of any house rule, for each instance.
