The space

A comfortable, fully furnished two-bedroom apartment in Sector 46, Gurugram, designed especially for medical stays, corporate travel and extended visits. The apartment is typically within a 10–15-minute drive of Medanta, Artemis and Fortis hospitals. It is suitable for patients, family members and attendants who need the privacy and convenience of a home rather than a hotel room. We understand that medical travel can be stressful. Our aim is to provide a clean, peaceful and comfortable home where patients and their families can focus on recovery. Corporate executives, relocating families, NRIs and international guests also frequently choose the apartment for weekly and monthly stays. You will have a private kitchen, separate living and dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, washing machine, lift access and power backup. The apartment gives families the flexibility to prepare their own meals, maintain a comfortable routine and stay together during medical treatment or recovery. For corporate guests, the apartment offers enough space to work, take calls, cook and settle in comfortably during longer assignments. This is a quiet residential stay and is not available for parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors. Guest access

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. Other guests stay in other apartments located in the same building / floor, so we request privacy and decorum to be maintained at all times. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at or visit the apartment. Any additional visitor requires prior approval.

Other things to note

International guests are welcome. • As required under Indian regulations, foreign nationals will need to provide passport and visa details along with the information required for Form C registration. • Our team will guide guests through the documentation process before or during check-in. • Airport pickup (applicable charges) and local assistance can be arranged on request. Additional consumption is charged at ₹10 per unit. • For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is charged separately as per actual meter consumption. • Guests are requested to switch off air-conditioning, heaters and water heaters when leaving the apartment. Linen • Fresh linen is provided at check-in and changed every fourth day. • An additional linen change can be arranged at ₹500 per bedroom per change.
