Built for celebrations, Villa Ombré is a 7BHK luxury villa on Golf Course Road featuring a large private basement with bar & theatre—perfect for parties (40–50 guests). Ideal for staycations, group stays, birthdays, small wedding functions, kitty parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family get-togethers, team off-sites, pre-wedding & content shoots. Fully AC with 7 unique rooms, dining area, parking & complete privacy in prime Sector 56 with an area of 450 sq. Yards.

The space

The villa offers 7 well-appointed bedrooms (4 master + 3 additional), a spacious dining area, and a central living lobby, along with a dedicated recreation zone featuring a foosball table and dartboard. The highlight is a large, beautifully designed basement—perfect for celebrations—featuring a private theatre room and a full bar setup with counter. A private lift connects all floors for seamless access. The kitchen is not accessible to guests, however, our staff is available to assist you throughout your stay.

Guest access

The villa is booked as an entire unit—no room-wise bookings. Once reserved, the entire space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Guests have access to all areas of the villa, including bedrooms, living spaces, dining area, play zone, and the basement. The rooftop is not accessible due to installed machinery. The kitchen is also not open for guest use, however, our staff is available to assist you with anything you may need. Kitchen access can be arranged upon request, subject to approval.

Other things to note

Pets are welcome with prior intimation and additional charges. Guests are requested to ensure pets are well-managed and do not soil the interiors. For any food arrangements, catering, bartender services, décor, or party packages, please inform us at least 1–2 days in advance. Guests are not allowed to make any changes or decorations in the property on their own. All setups must be arranged through us, and only permitted vendors are allowed inside. Any additional services or special requests should be shared in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
