Relax in this calm, homely park facing house located in close proximity of the Vyapar Kendra Market, Galleria, Huda City Metro Station in Sushant Lok 1, C block. Major hospitals like Fortis, Max, Paras are in close proximity. In case the tariff mentioned on the app doesn't suit your budget, you may drop me a message, will try my best to accommodate your request.

It's a park facing , full furnished house / villa which is centrally located in Sushant Lok, C Block, Gurgaon. Vyapar Kendra market is 250 metres Galleria Market is about 1 km Huda Metro Station is about 1 km Cyber Hub is about 4-5 km Airport is about 17 kms If you book my place, you will NOT be charged 15 percent commission by Airbnb through this listing.

Guests have access to the entire house with complete privacy. Please note that there is one room on the ground floor. Other two rooms with doublebeds are upstairs. Over and above this, I provide 2 extra mattresses, and 1 cot.

Please note that the house has recently been renovated/upgraded owning to which the rates have been slightly revised. It's a residential colony so please ensure there is no loud noise coming late at night. creating ruckus or boisterous activities is strictly prohibited. late night parties are not allowed because they are always loud. keep the decibel level low at night.
