A warm , modern and spacious 4BHK villa near cyber city spread in over 3000 sq feet preferred for house parties , family functions or corporate get togethers .We have 4 bedrooms with ensuite washrooms , fully operational kitchen , living room and an indoor selfie point or decor area. We provide bluetooth music system , loungers ,mood lighting and a large LED to suite the theme of your get togethers. Guest can book our villa for parties , shoots, events or wedding functions.

The space

Our premium villa comes with four large well appointed bedrooms with ensuite washrooms, a living room cum party area, dining area ,indoor decor area or gazebo and fully stacked kitchen .The place has a caretaker available 24* 7 and a security guard who comes at night. It is a very safe location next to the main road and just 15 mins away from cyber city .It is very well suites for corporate groups and office parties. Cameras are installed at the main entrance. Furthermore, Parking is available both indoor and outdoor with cameras for surveillance.

Guest access

Guest have access to all the areas except the terrace or balconies.

Other things to note

Guest must clean their trash while leaving .They can take a trash bag from our caretaker to collect the trash. Guest can also use the services of caretaker to remove the trash by paying an additional charge of INR 500. Inverter has been provided in case of any power disruption , it would only support limited fans and lights. We have four bedrooms with four king size beds. Guest must be specify the number of extra mattresses/beddings required prior to the event to ensure comfortable stay for all guests staying overnight.2 The sleeping arrangement is for upto 9 guests ( with 3 extra mattresses ) only GUEST MUST - Please follow the following House rules - KEY HOUSE RULES *Music must be played indoor only. We provide our own music system.Other music systems or DJ consoles are not allowed/.Guest must reduce the volume after 11 pm. *For evening Functions check in time will be 4:00 pm (Flexible) & Check out time will be 11 am. *Any third party activity requires permission from the host .Failure to do so would forfeit the entire security amount *No dhols, fireworks or hooting is allowed into the property *ID proofs of all the guests are mandatory *In case of breaking and neglecting self declaration and house rules will forfeit the entire security amount * Extra guest without information to the host would be chargeable at 500 /- Rs per person . *Any kind of weapon and arm is prohibited, if found will forfeit all the security and immediate expulsion from the property of all the guests and host as they will not continue to use the property . *Any kind of illegal drugs and illegal activity are prohibited, if found will forfeit all the security and immediate expulsion from the property of all the guests and host as they will not continue to use the property and will be forfeited to use the property any time in future. *If guest manage to sneak in any kind of prohibited item then a serious legislative complaint will be filed against all the guests, for being a part of illegal activity *Incase of any accident inside the property , “Amrit Villa 1129" and manager will not be responsible, after the signature of guest on “self declaration and house rules”. *The sleeping arrangement is for up to 12 guests ( with 3 extra mattresses ) only. Guest must reconfirm availability before booking instantly. Terrace , outdoor area and balconies are not meant for parties or any gatherings. Music , hooting or noise of any kind is not allowed. Smoking is allowed indoor only. Damage charges will applicable as below - Glassware - If a glass is broken , guest will be charged for the whole set. If a single piece is broken, guest must pay for the whole set. OR guest must replace the whole set with a new one of the same brand and type. Crockery & Cutlery - If a single piece is broken, guest must pay for the whole set. OR guest must replace the whole set with a new one of the same brand and type. Linen , upholstery or furnishing - In case of any damage , guest will pay for the damages or replace it with a new one. Puke or excessive filth - Additional cleaning fee will be applicable. Floor - INR 500 Linen - INR 500 Washroom - INR 500 Kitchen usage is chargeable . We provide induction on our compliments but if gas is required then additional charges will be applicable. Guest must inform us before checking out so that our caretaker could inspect the place. The property has a total of 4 acs, one in each room and fourth one in the living room, there is no airconditioner near the dining area.Airpurifier or heater can be provided on request and are not included as part of our standard amenities.
