Outdoor Spaces—a large garden with ample space for activities, dining, and a cozy bonfire under the stars. Home Rules & Truths: No Smoking Inside—Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Pets Allowed—Pets are welcome on the property. Quiet Hours—From 12 PM to 6 AM, please maintain a peaceful environment. Deposits: 5,000 INR for accommodation, 10,000 INR for events/parties. Damage Reporting—Notify us immediately in case of any damages. Caretaker Expectations—The caretaker is available to assist but is not a maid or servant. Housekeeping—Daily cleaning is available. Please inform us a day in advance for scheduling. Prohibited Equipment—Do not use heavy electrical equipment or external heating devices. Eco-Friendly Practices: We encourage minimal electricity usage to reduce environmental impact. The property does not allow alcohol or hookah in any form. Food and Dining: Catering Services: Available for groups of 50 people or more. Enjoy freshly prepared meals tailored to your preferences, ideal for events, parties, or large gatherings. Health Restrictions: Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious diseases are not permitted in the pool. Supervision of Children: An adult must supervise children at all times when in or near the pool area. Alcohol Consumption and Illegal Activities: Alcohol consumption must comply with the Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act. A valid permit is required. Age Restriction: The legal drinking age is 21 years. Alcohol consumption by those below this age is strictly prohibited.
