Complimentary Amenities: •On-site Cook & Caretaker: Our staff is available on-site to assist you with your dining needs. If you provide your own groceries and ingredients, the cook will prepare your meals as a complimentary service. •Complimentary Breakfast: Prepared fresh daily by our cook. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire farm. Your stay includes the main house with its two bedrooms and attached dressing rooms, the living hall, the kitchen, and the sky-lit plunge pool. Outdoors, you are invited to explore the front lawns, the veranda, the patio space, and the rooftop terrace with the gazebo. Please note that the polyhouse in the back garden is restricted and requires prior approval.

Farm Rules – Curated for Your Comfort To ensure an elegant and seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly request your adherence to the following guidelines: 1. Cleanliness & Care • We request guests to kindly use the bathrooms for any incidents. Vomiting in areas other than the bathrooms will incur a professional cleaning fee of ₹2,000. 2. Noise, Music & Ambience • In accordance with Rajasthan Government regulations, outdoor loud music or excessive noise is not permitted after 10:00 PM, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all. • Any disturbance leading to neighbor complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund. • To preserve the tranquil ambience, we request that outdoor lights be dimmed by 11:00 PM and switched off thereafter. 3. Parking • On-site parking is available for your use. 4. Hookah Policy • For safety and property preservation, hookah is strictly prohibited. Any violation may lead to cancellation of the booking without a refund. 5. Gatherings & Events • To maintain the farm's peaceful energy, large unapproved parties are not permitted. Please discuss any planned gatherings with us in advance. 6. Energy Conscious Living • We appreciate your support in sustainability by switching off lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances when not in use. 7. Guest Safety & Belongings • Kindly ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when stepping out or before retiring for the night. • Management cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings. 8. Property Responsibility • Guests are requested to treat the property with the same care as their own home. Any damage or loss to furnishings, fixtures, or fittings will be chargeable at actual cost. 9. Keys & Assistance • A set of keys will be provided at check-in. • Should you experience any concerns during your stay, please inform us immediately so we may assist you promptly. 10. Identification Requirement In compliance with Indian regulations, valid identification is required for all guests: • International Guests: Passport and valid visa • Indian Guests: Government-issued photo ID 11. Hygiene Standards • The property is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized prior to each guest’s arrival, ensuring exceptional hygiene standards. 12. Security Deposit • A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in. • The deposit will be refunded at checkout, subject to no damage or policy violations. 13. Visitors • To maintain privacy and security, outside visitors are permitted only with prior approval. 14. Smoking Policy • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may use designated outdoor areas. 15. Early Check-In / Late Checkout • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may attract additional charges as per Thehrav policy. 16. Pool Usage • Pool operating hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. • The pool remains closed after 8:00 PM due to scheduled cleaning and chemical treatment. 17. Guest Limit: •To ensure comfort and refined living, the standard occupancy for staycations is 6 guests. •A maximum of up to 8 guests can be accommodated on the premises. Any guests exceeding the standard occupancy (the 7th and 8th guest) will be subject to an additional charge as per Thehrav policy. 18. Pets: •We are currently not a pet-friendly property. 19. Illegal Substances: •The possession or consumption of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. 20. Code of Conduct: •We maintain a high standard of social decorum. No form of prostitution or illegal solicitation is permitted; any such activity will be reported to the local authorities immediately. 21. Additional Paid Amenities & Services •Bonfire, BBQ Grill Setup, and EV Charging (3.3 KW) are available at an additional cost. 22. Dining & Meal Options •If guests choose to carry their own groceries and ingredients, our on-site cook is available to prepare these meals as a complimentary service. •Zomato and Swiggy services are available, with food delivered directly to the farm gate. •Guests are welcome to explore nearby restaurants or order in at their convenience. •While consumption of non-vegetarian food is permitted, the cooking of non-vegetarian dishes is not allowed on the premises. ✨ We look forward to hosting you and curating a refined, peaceful, and memorable stay.
