Decorations: While decoration is allowed, please note the following restrictions: # No tape or adhesives should be used on the walls. # Flower petals are not permitted on the bed, sofa, or other linens. # Noise Policy: Group parties and excessively loud music are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. # Solo Female Travelers: We prioritize the safety and comfort of solo female travelers, ensuring a secure and welcoming atmosphere. # NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: NO DRUGS, PROSTITUTION ETC is allowed. We kindly request that all guests respect the privacy and tranquility of others during their stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Important Requirement: Every guest must submit a copy of their Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, or e-Visa to the company ID before check-in. Foreign nationals are required to provide details necessary for FRRO registration. ⚡ Power Backup & Electricity Policy Our building has a common power backup system which ensures uninterrupted electricity for lifts and common area lighting during power cuts. However, please note that apartments do not have individual backup power. In case of a power outage, electricity inside the apartment may be temporarily affected. Power supply and outages are managed by the government electricity department, and are beyond the host’s control. While such situations are usually resolved quickly, we request our guests to kindly bear with them. The host shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused due to power cuts, as this is not within our control.
