The space

There is car parking at road level. > No loud music outdoors post 10 pm. >We have ONLY 1 A/C that has been installed in the glass attic room (Refer Bedroom 1 pictures) > Enjoy modern amenities with smart T.V and a Wifi or feel the rustic charm by lighting fire at the fireplace (extra charge) and relaxing in the living area. > (Bedroom 1) Glass / Attic room on the Upper Level, it comes with private balcony and a powder room (sink and a toilet only- does not have a shower/ bathing space). > (Bedroom 2) One Bedroom with washroom's access from outside the bedroom as it also serves as a common washroom. > (Bedroom 3) One Bedroom with private and attached washroom. > KITCHEN & MEALS< 1. You can either use the kitchen to make your meals- buy your own groceries and clean up the kitchen and dishes after. 2. Order food from outside. Again if kitchen utensils are used then please clean up after yourself. *We provide kitchen cleaning & dishwashing facility at a nominal cost of 200 per day for guests looking to outsource the cleaning of kitchen and dishes.

Guests can access the entire cottage but the pricing is according to the number of guests.

**Reiterating house rules below, request you to go through it once: 1. Strictly no smoking inside. Outdoor smoking only. 2. Our properties are ideal for a group of friends and family. NO STAGS. 3. Govt ID’s of all guests to be given before arrival at the time of booking. 4. No loud music after 10 p.m. 5. Incase of kitchen usage, guests need to clean up after themselves else can pay 300 a day for the cleaning service. 6. Parties, loud noises and music that disturb neighbours are not permitted. 7. Breakages or damage of home items will be charged on 'actuals' 8. Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. are not permitted 9. Strictly no smoking indoors. 10. Arrival 2.00 PM and Departure 11.00 AM 11. All Food and Beverages billing, extra services (or Damages- if any); the guests will have to clear the pending payment one night prior to the departure. 12. All guests post the confirmed the number will be charged at 1000 per head- visitor as well as staying.
