The space

Indoor Spaces Our property features six thoughtfully designed private cottages, each offering a cozy and comfortable stay experience. Every cottage is located on the ground floor and has been created to provide privacy while maintaining a close connection with the natural surroundings. Bedrooms Each of the six cottages includes: • A comfortable queen-sized bed • Attached private bathroom • Room size of approximately 250 sq. ft. • Space for additional guests with extra mattresses available on request • Heating arrangements available during the winter season • Peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors Washrooms Every cottage comes with its own attached bathroom equipped with: • Shower facility • Sink • Fresh towels • Toiletries like soap and shampoo • Heating rod for hot water The bathrooms are simple, clean, and designed for a comfortable stay. Please Note Rather than a traditional indoor living room, the property encourages guests to spend time in its open communal spaces where conversations, games, meals, and nature come together beautifully. Dining Area A separate dining setup allows guests to enjoy meals together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kitchen The property features a kitchen this is a non-accessible home kitchen, which can be accessed by guests for light cooking only. Kitchen amenities include: • Induction cooktop • Refrigerator • Basic crockery and cutlery Please note: • Light cooking is permitted. • Outside food is not allowed. • No non-veg food allowed • We can make anything you need available at an additional charge Outdoor Spaces The true highlight of this retreat lies outdoors. Natural Pond One of the property's most unique features is its beautiful natural pond, where guests can enjoy a refreshing dip surrounded by nature only by prior notice Guests are requested to inform the caretaker before entering the pond to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Gardens & Open Grounds Step outside and discover expansive outdoor spaces perfect for: • Morning walks • Reading a book under the open sky • Enjoying tea amidst nature • Spending quality time with loved ones The peaceful environment creates an ideal setting for relaxation and digital detox. Guest access

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire cottage, including the private bedroom, attached bathroom, and all amenities associated with the unit. The surrounding outdoor areas, including the gardens, natural pond, recreational spaces, and parking facilities, are also available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

House Rules To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone: • Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Early check-in can be considered if informed prior. • Maximum occupancy per cottage: 2 guests • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Smoking is strictly prohibited (Penalty: ₹1,000) • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited (Penalty: ₹1,000) • Non-vegetarian food is not allowed on the premises • Events and gatherings may be permitted only if there is absolutely no smoking or drinking involved • Pets are welcome • Please wash your dishes after meals as a simple way of caring for the space. • Kindly leave shared spaces, studios, rooms, and gardens clean and tidy. • Bring your own reusable water bottle; refill stations are available on-site. • Laundry facilities are available at an additional charge of ₹250 per wash. • Please respect the natural environment and fellow guests
