The space

Imagine the fresh mountain air brushing past your face, the calm of nature all around, and a spacious home designed for relaxation and connection. This charming villa with full ground-floor access, built in 1995 and located right off the main Manali road, offers the perfect escape for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to unwind. our home welcomes all kinds of travellers from stag groups to families with kids and even unmarried couples. While pets are not allowed, guests on wheelchairs will find the space accessible. Please note that we do not allow visitors or walk-in guests. Step Inside: Comfort & Warmth Our villa features two spacious ground-floor bedrooms, one king size room on upper floor and one family suit with 2 king beds, each with a king-sized bed, an attached bathroom, and the option to accommodate one extra person on a mattress (at additional cost per extra bed). Both rooms are equipped with 42-inch TVs, wardrobes, wall-mounted fans, electric kettles, and ample extra pillows and blankets. One room includes a dressing unit with a mirror, while both have seating arrangements and windows to let in fresh mountain light. Individual toiletries, including a soap, are provided along with towels. The bathrooms come with a geyser, shower, jet spray, exhaust fan, and a sink with a mirror. Additional Spaces to Unwind Relax in the living room with comfortable sofa seating for 9–10 guests and a center table. The space includes a fireplace for chilly evenings, though it does not have a TV or music system. The dining area, attached to the living room, seats up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals and conversations. Dining Options Here’s how meals work at our homestay: À la Carte Meals: Freshly prepared meals are available on request—please let us know in advance. Breakfast: Can be arranged as part of your stay (not complimentary). Non-Vegetarian Food: Allowed on the property. Dining Area: The dining space is attached to the living room and can seat up to 8 guests. Outdoors: Breathe in the Nature Step into our garden, an open green space with natural grass and a seating area for up to 40 guests. Children can enjoy the designated play area while adults unwind in the open air. Outdoor lighting ensures the space remains welcoming even after dusk. A bonfire can be arranged for ₹1200 for 2 hours—ideal for crisp evenings and warm conversations. Badminton and indoor board games are available to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Add-Ons & Essentials Heaters are available year-round at ₹400 per night. Wi-Fi is provided so you stay connected. Power Backup includes both an inverter and a generator. Private parking is available for more than 5 cars. CCTV, first aid kit, and fire extinguishers are installed for your safety. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas, and alcohol is permitted only in designated spots.

Guest access

Guests can access their private bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Common areas accessible to all guests include the living room, verandah, dining area, garden, bonfire space, parking area, and lawn. Kitchen access is not provided to guests.
