Welcome to our peaceful two-bedroom hillside homestay in Shyamkhet, nestled within a quiet residential society surrounded by greenery and mountain air. This first-floor unit offers a private and relaxed stay. Please note: while the living area, dining space, and kitchen on the ground floor are shared with ground floor unit, guests staying in this unit will have their own private bedroom and private attached bathroom.

The space

This home creates a sense of homely warmth without compromising your privacy. Ideal for families, friends, and couples, this home is a comforting retreat with easy access to cafés, markets, and Nainital’s scenic spots. Bedrooms: Located on the first floor, the two king-sized bedrooms are cozy and welcoming, featuring attached bathrooms, wardrobes, TVs, dressing mirrors, heaters, and ceiling fans. Each room overlooks the green common garden area, inviting plenty of natural light and calm views. Bathrooms: Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with a geyser, shower, mirror, jet spray, and exhaust fan. Fresh towels and basic toiletries are provided for every guest. Shared Spaces: Guests staying in the 2BHK have access to the shared kitchen, dining area, and living room on the ground floor. The living room includes a TV, heaters, and comfortable sofa-cum-bed seating, while the dining area accommodates four. The open-layout kitchen is fully functional with cookware, crockery, refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, rice cooker, and grinder — perfect for homely meals (non-veg cooking allowed). Outdoor Spaces Step out into the common garden area — a lovely space with natural grass and outdoor lighting, ideal for a quiet morning tea or a peaceful evening chat.
