Checking In - Check-in time is post 1 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. For extended check-outs, prior permission is mandatory, as it is subject to the availability of the property, and late check-out charges may apply. - Please let our staff do the necessary health checks and sanitization protocols before moving into the property - If anyone is found to have a fever, then management reserves the right to refuse entry to the property. This is for your as well as the property’s safety & security. - Please show a valid photo ID to the staff or send a soft copy to management - Please make the payment for the remaining amount (if any) before settling into your rooms - All incidental/additional charges will be charged during checkout - All payments to be made in cash or bank transfer (only if done before stay). The Space We have 4 well-appointed cottage-style rooms at 8MH, and your booking includes pool usage only if you have booked the entire farm to yourself. Otherwise, additional charges may apply and will be informed to you separately. The beautiful pool is perfect for lounging, chilling, and sundowners, and guess what? Pets are allowed as well Swimming Pool Rules: *Jumping into the pool at any end is strictly prohibited * No pets allowed in the pool strictly * Only disposable glassware, cutlery & crockery is allowed in the pool area. Bottles, regular glassware, etc., are a big NO NO. Alcohol consumption is not allowed in or around the pool area. * Non swimmers and kids are not allowed to enter our pool area, unless supervised * Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk * The pool hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM. * Any mishap / accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host, its associates, the owners of the property or any / or of the workers at the property * Non compliance of swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of booking with no refund. Any guest found jumping in the pool / carrying beer bottles / glasses to the pool area will be fined Rs. 10,000 for non compliance (This is for the safety of the guests). * We don’t control the elements and hence heavy rains can sometimes play spoilsport. * We require a minimum of 24 hours turnaround time to get the pool cleaned and ready; last-minute bookings will not avail this facility Hosting Events / Gatherings The farm villa can also be booked for get together's (permitted only in open areas) for gatherings and can accommodate upto 200 people. Visiting guest charges are applicable for hosting events and parties, which is over and above the amount payable for booking of the residential space. Additional Charges - In case you are expecting more than the number of guests booked to stay with us then the following charges will apply: Casual Guest – 1000 per head per day Night Stay Guest – 2000 per head per night (8MH reserves the right to refuse night guests if not informed prior to booking) - 2 Hours of power back up is included (per night ) in your package; anything over and above that is chargeable at Rs 800/- per hour for the diesel consumed by the generator. - If you are using the Kitchen premises yourself or by personal staff, then per day charge of Rs 1000/- is applicable, any missing items or breakage will be chargeable on actuals. If you wish to use our cook to prepare meals with materials provided by you then the cook charge would be 1500 for the day - A menu is available for your perusal for any consumables and is subject to availability of items - Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner is chargeable and is subject to availability - Any consumables used in the kitchen are chargeable as extra - Bonfires can be arranged on request at 2500/- Rs for 3-4 hours - All items, paintings & artifacts in the property have been with our family for generations and hence priceless to us. Anything missing will imply heavy charges as on actuals and present date valuation. - Personal help stay charges are extra and will need to be discussed with management prior to making the booking. - Room cleaning (and linen cleaning fee) is Rs 500/- per room or will be done automatically once after every 2 nights stay. - Extra towels , duvets etc are all chargeable separately. - If you need caretakers in attendance late at night, then a night charge of Rs 500/- per staff member will be applicable post 11 PM (upto 3 AM). General Rules - Our team of caretakers is our family and we request you to treat them as such  - There is a strict no smoking indoors policy in all our rooms. Please respect the same else room cleaning charges will apply. - If you have a pet (we love pets!), kindly have them go outside the rooms, needless to say, cleaning up after them would be chargeable if the staff has to do it. - No Loud Music / DJ is permissible after 10 PM unless and until specific permission has been taken from management. - This is a farm and you are amongst nature, please stay clear of bushes and dark areas at night. Creepy crawlies are best left alone. If you find an area specifically dark and need to venture there, pls ask our caretakers to accompany you. - Whilst there are mosquito repellants placed in rooms and kept for outdoors, it is recommended that you carry odomos or similar creams/sprays as well for added protection. - Please carry umbrellas if you wish to explore the property whilst it’s raining. - You may order delivery from online delivery aggregators, however, strict sanitization protocols will need to be followed. - We do not guarantee delivery of food to the farm, especially at night. - 8 MH reserves the right to use the front lawns, amphitheater, organic farm of the property for private or use of any other kind. Management will ensure that your privacy is not invaded at all times. Security & Stuff The farm is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. There are CCTV cameras placed in common areas for your safety & security. Our entry gates close by 11 PM for security reasons. If late night access is required, same is chargeable extra as mentioned earlier. This is a private farm, and whilst we make every effort and endeavor to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we aren’t & don’t claim to be a hotel. We focus on cleanliness, good quality well maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests. We hope you enjoy your stay with us & do look forward to your feedback at all times Do's & Dont's -Music : no loud music outdoors after 10 pm. - After 10 pm, music needs to be shifted strictly indoors. If you wish to remain outdoors then you are allowed to use the front lawns only! The other 2 lawns are available for use till 10 pm only. -If you plan to have a get together with a bar then you need to take a day license for the booze and ensure all the booze is mentioned on the license -No hookahs of any kind are permitted and there is a strict no narcotics policy -No tentage or decorations permissible without prior approval - seperate costs are applicable,pls discuss prior to making arrangements 🙏🏻 -Our cutlery/crockery is available for our guests who stay and eat meals at the property, for get togethers you are expected to carry disposables/ own dinner & service ware .You may rent the same from the farm as well at Rs 150/- per head - pool closes 8 pm -Extra ppl are allowed on chargeable basis. - We need to know about any additions in guests (whether staying or visiting) latest by 5 pm on the day of check in . No additional guests are permitted into the farm post 11 pm and gates of the farm shut at 2 AM - Car parking is free for upto 6 cars, post which we need to hire the neighbor's plot at an additional charge
