The space
This is a completely, private and independent 1 Bedroom Serviced Apartment in J Block of Saket, just across the PVR Anupam Multiplex Market. The self-catered residence has a Living Room and separate Bedroom with Queen bed plus attached bathroom. There is a fully equipped Kitchen with Stovetop, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Cookware, etc. You also get access to a Washing Machine with Dryer. This is a gated locality with 24*7 guards, besides a private guard for our own property during day time. The apartment can be accessed by elevator that starts from zero level and we have covered car parking available for guests plus al-fresco terrace seating. A 24*7 Convenience Store is located in the PVR Anupam Multiplex Market which is just 2 min walk away. There are other restaurants & cafes in the same complex besides the Multiplex itself. It is a very peaceful location and we do not allow loud parties that cause inconvenience to neighbours. We will provide you with the phone number of our rep, please call him an hour before arrival so that he can come across & meet you for keys accordingly at the agreed time. * The property also has CCTV surveillance on all main entry/exit points for your security and/or on-site staff.
