The space

All the following rules and important information which is understood and will be followed. 1. Number of Guests: Only Accounted Number of guests are allowed to enter the property. Extra guests including visitors will need prior permission to enter the premises. Bringing extra guests without permission will not be allowed inside the premises and could lead to cancellation of booking without refund amount collected & security. 2. Only agreed number of guests including children can stay in the premises which has maximum capacity of 12 guests who can sleep. 3. Check-in and Checkout: Check-in Time - 2.30 PM Check-out Time - 11.00 AM Late Check-out is Subject to Availability and will be charged Rs.1000 per Hour. 4. I will hand over the premises usage fees for all the days in advance immediately at the time of Checking-in. 5. Security Deposit Rules: Security deposit against cancellation, damage, breakage, and not following rules. * The security deposit will be returned after Checkout if no damage is done and all rules are followed. * No refund will be initiated on no show or cancellation. * Evidence of indoor smoking will result in the full security amount being forfeited. * Evidence of Drinking and Eating inside the Swimming Pool will result in the full security amount being forfeited. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. 6. We understand the Hookah banned on the Premises. However, we can smoke cigarettes outdoors. Smoking is only allowed outside in the balcony, Veranda, and garden area. 7. We understand that you do not encourage, provide or sell any hookah, alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, or banned substances. 8. Music in the lawn and Veranda area will be played on a human volume till 10.00 pm. Then we will take the system indoors and can chill until late at night with doors closed. No DJ or Outside Music System is allowed inside the premises. We will not be Screaming Outdoors any time of the day. 9. Everyone above the age of 18 will carry a government ID with the address and show on-demand at the time of entering the property. 10. The licensee and his/her companions will follow all Excise rules (specifically in respect of permitted age, will not consume alcohol from other states and CSD and will get a license if applicable for consuming alcohol from Delhi), DDMA Rules, Government rules, State rules, house rules and Swimming Pool rules; and will not hold the owners or staff liable for anything in case of mishappening or any law of the land is found broken knowingly or unknowingly. The licensee hereby takes full responsibility for breach of law and will not hold the Licensor /owners/ managers/staff responsible for anything. 11. Bringing or consumption of alcohol from other states CSD in premises strictly prohibited even if the license is procured from Delhi. The possession of these bottles is non bail able offense as per information the Licensor has as of now we will get liquor license in situation applicable. We will be fully responsible for breach of any state law in full exclusion of the Licensor/owners /managers/staff. 12. We will take care of ourselves and our valuables. TUG Farm Owners or Staff will not be responsible for any injury/loss of property during the stay. No compensation or claim will be entertained. 13. Pool Rules are well understood which will be followed. * Swimming Pool timings 3 pm to 10 pm. We will not enter pool beyond permissible time for security reasons. * Drinking and Eating will be outside the Swimming Pool. * We will use Cans or Disposable Glasses in the Pool Deck Area as we understand glass bottles & glassware can injure the swimmers. * We will wear proper attire for swimming (Costumes and Trunks) * We will take shower before taking a dip. 14. We understand DJ or outside music systems will NOT be permitted on the premises. No Dhol, Live Band, Belly Dancers, Mujra Performers, Glass Dancers, etc. allowed on the Premises. 15. We will treat the FARM with care. 16. We understand that lawn lights will be dimmed at 10 pm. 17. We understand housekeeper will be there till 11.00 pm. 18. We will abide by the Laws of the Land including - Gambling, Betting, Possession of Arms and Ammunition, etc. We understand that management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. 19. We will avoid leaving any food out that will attract uninvited animals. 20. We will refrain from sitting or standing on the Bar Counter as we understand that It's not meant to take the human weight. It could break and can cause physical and financial loss. 21. We understand that we should feel free to use complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, etc. 22. We understand that we can ask for available over-the-counter medicines, bandages, etc. in case of any emergency. 23. We will save Electricity and Water whenever possible and be kind to the environment. 24. We understand and will refrain from vomiting in the wash basin, to avoid clogging. We will use the disposable puke bags provided in each bathroom. If we fail to follow any of the above mentioned House Rules, Cease my security deposit and take all actions in accordance with law. All disputes shall be subject to the territorial jurisdictions of the competent authorities and Courts at New Delhi, India.
