Guest access

Guest Access Guests will have private access to the apartment during their stay. For bookings of up to 4 guests, access is provided to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and all 3 balconies. For bookings of 5 or 6 guests, the third bedroom is unlocked, giving you access to the full 3-bedroom apartment. For larger groups, additional floor mattresses can be arranged, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in total. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by lift. With open views on both sides, the home enjoys excellent natural light, ventilation and complete privacy. Our housekeeping staff visits once every afternoon for general cleaning and again in the evening for dishwashing only. These visits are carried out at fixed timings as part of our daily housekeeping schedule.

📌 Other Details to Note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Violation will incur penalty charges. No parties or events allowed on the premises. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. No unauthorized visitors permitted. Commercial photography or filming is not allowed without prior approval. Valid government-issued address ID proof must be submitted for all guests prior to check-in. We aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all our guests and neighbors.
