🌸Hello and welcome to our green retreat! When I say our home is lush green, you’ll see why as soon as you arrive. The balcony greets you with an abundance of plants, wrapping you in nature’s embrace. It’s an old house, but we’ve designed it to be charming, warm, and full of life 🌸 This is a lovely 3BHK with three bathrooms—two attached and one just outside the room. The kitchen is huge, sunny, and well-ventilated, and all the rooms are bright with sunlight. As you step inside, a big, colorful balcony full of plants catches your eye. It’s a paradise for plant and nature lovers! The apartment is on the third floor without a lift, so if you need help with luggage, just inform me in advance.

1. Location: This property is on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift available. Please consider this before booking if you have any mobility concerns. 2. Staff Availability: Our staff is available only during certain hours for cleaning and house preparation. They are not available 24 hours a day. 3. Food Services: We do not provide food or meals at the property. Please make arrangements accordingly. 4. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please respect this rule during your stay. If found, a fine will be charged based on the condition of the house. 5. Luggage Assistance: If you require help with carrying your luggage, please inform me prior to booking so we can make arrangements. 6. Check-In/Check-Out Times: We are very strict with check-in, check-out, and early/late check-in or check-out requests. Please coordinate any such requests with me before making your booking. 7. Respect for the Property: This is someone’s private home. Please treat it as such, not as a hotel. There is a difference between hotel services and guest house experiences, so we kindly ask you to respect the space as a home. 8. Please note, we do not provide any cooking service. Kindly understand that we also do not arrange cooks or share cook contacts. Cooks are professionals with prior commitments and are not available on short notice for 2–3 day bookings.
