🌸Hello and welcome to our green retreat! When I say our home is lush green, you’ll see why as soon as you arrive. The balcony greets you with an abundance of plants, wrapping you in nature’s embrace. It’s an old house, but we’ve designed it to be charming, warm, and full of life 🌸 This is a 3BHK shared apartment located in the prime locality of Defence Colony, on the third floor (no lift). The unit includes a private room with an attached washroom, while the kitchen and living hall are shared spaces. The apartment is very well-connected — Nehru Stadium is just 1.5–2 km away, Defence Colony Market is only 400 meters (walking distance), and Khan Market is just 3 km away. All major prime spots are close by. Note — This property is located on the 3rd floor and does not have a lift. Please make sure to read the full listing description carefully before booking.

Kindly be respectful of other guests and neighbors during this time. 6. Check-in & Check-out – Late check-in or check-out should be discussed in advance. 7. Personal Belongings – Guests are responsible for their own belongings when they leave. Please double-check before checking out. 8. Visitors Policy – No extra visitors are allowed. If you are expecting someone, please inform the host in advance and provide their valid ID for approval. 9. Parking – The property does not have dedicated parking, but free parking is available nearby. 10. No Lift Available – The apartment is located on the second floor, and you will need to use the stairs. 11. Common Building – This is a shared residential building, and each floor is independently occupied. While we ensure our space is clean, we are not responsible for the cleanliness of the common areas outside our property. If you notice anything outside that isn’t well-maintained, please understand that it is beyond our control and does not reflect the condition of our apartment.
