The home features a one-bedroom duplex layout: Lower level: Living area, fully equipped kitchen, and washroom Upper level: Minimalist bedroom with a large Smart TV Both the kitchen and washroom are fitted with high-quality fixtures and appliances, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
The space
This luxurious LOFT is located inside our 3-storey Kalpvriksha Villa. My parents live on the ground floor, while the upper floors host a few private LOFT units and luxury apartments listed on Airbnb. All Airbnb units are fully private and independent, with a separate entry and exit for guests, ensuring privacy throughout your stay. My parents are usually available at the property to welcome guests and assist if needed, and they can also prepare delicious home-style food on request. 🎬 Cinema Lounge 🍿 • Enjoy private movie nights in our basement cinema lounge, complimentary for in-house guests. • Watch your favourite movies or shows on the big screen, available through bookable time slots.

• The LOFT is located on the 2nd floor (above the basement) • Elevators are available at the property • A caretaker is also available at the property to assist with luggage and other needs • CCTV cameras are installed in the main lobby area, covering the LOFT entrance for security purposes VISITORS: A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM for up to 3 hours. Any additional visitors or extended stay beyond this limit will be charged ₹1000 per person.
