Seperate Independant Luxurious Suite/Studio Apartments NEAR METRO AND EXPOMART is well suited for tourists/working professionals, peaceful location situated at Delhi-Noida Expressway near IT hub. Metro station of sector 137 at walking distance. Market and restaurants are downstairs. EXPO MART is just 15 min. drive and just 25-35 min. to most of the Delhi monuments-India gate, Humayun's tomb, Red fort, lodi garden Connaught Place, Nizamuddin & New Delhi Rly Station etc. all conected with metro.

Stay in separate studios in same building, complete with every comfort that can accommodate upto 6-20 guests and can transmit freshness and good humor. It is Strategically located at Sector 137 (the posh sector) Expressway Delhi- Noida known for its IT hub and huge Green landscape with 1000mtr. Jogging track, tennis court, badminton court etc. It also has a Club house, Library and a swimming pool access to an extent. Metro station at walking distance. The apartment have full Glass door opening to urban view, a full size wardrobe with key, AC, Geyser, Electric kettle with tea bags whenever you like to have. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner can be ordered from a vast range of restaurants and Tiffin service situated inside the society. This is a great place to explore Delhi NCR as tourists to visit most of the monuments i.e. Humayu's tomb, Red Fort, India gate, Lodi garden, Cannaught place, DLF Mall of Inda and many more all conected with metro.

No parties/get together of any kind or visitors/friends of guests allowed. Maximum 3 guests in 1 studio and 3rd guest on floor mattress. Check-in time is 1pm & Checkout time is 11am if there is upcoming guest in the house. If no guest than flexible(charges may apply). However, You may drop off your luggage as per the availability. Bedroom ac is included in your stay but living room is non ac, if available then charged 550rs extra per day, if required. Cleaning is charged nominal @250rs per visit, if required. TV has no dth, may connect ur laptop to stream through supplied hdmi, Firestick/OTT available @250 rs per night, if required. (All above charges are optional to keep the travel cost economical.
