We have a green colour artificial grass turf(as shown in the photos) which is not a walkable space.

Other things to note

There are few details which are important to know before you proceed with the booking. This apartment is in a bunglow on 2nd floor. (Dont worry about the luggage, our staff will help you get that to the place) *As per Airbnb policy, please book with the exact count of guests (irrespective of their stay)* We dont provide speakers or music system in the property since Airbnb doesnt allow parties! We understand if you have a long stay then cleaning of the house is important, so we have a caretaker who drops by every morning b/w 11am-12pm. He will take care of brooming and mopping once in a day. But if you go for extra cleaning i.e. dish washing/bathroom cleaning then the caretaker charges extra: Dishes: ₹100/cleaning Per Bathrooms: ₹200/day We charge a small Refundable Security Deposit of ₹2000/- with every booking. This deposit is to ensure that there is no damage/spillage/unnecessary cleaning/smoke odour/late check outs in the property. We strongly follow this policy and highly recommend to follow the above statement as we feel immense sadness to deduct from the security deposit! (All the extra collected amount(if any), is distributed among the cleaning staff of our property) We have an inverter for power back, which is sufficient for lights and fans for the time being!
