Our luxurious home away from home a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and modern style. This sparkling clean apartment features a fully appointed kitchen, a pristine pool, a gym, and a beautiful garden. The entire space is air-conditioned, comes with free Wi-Fi, and is located in a safe, private complex with 24/7 camera surveillance, housekeeping, and dedicated service staff. Every detail is designed for your needs, from the fully equipped kitchen (complete with fridge, oven/microwave, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, kettle, and toaster) to the fresh tea and coffee supplies. We also provide pool towels, bath linen, essential toiletries, and a smart TV for your entertainment. It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability). We love music, however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area. The property manager would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Please note that room cleaning services are available once a day between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Kindly inform us a day prior in advance to schedule your preferred time. Security deposit of INR 5000/-will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
