We prioritize cleanliness, high-quality, well-maintained linen, and homely comfort. The property is a farmhouse close to nature, so wild creatures and insects may be present but are harmless if not disturbed. Non-Transferable Reservation: Reservations/bookings are non-transferable. Housekeeping: Room cleaning is available daily upon request. Linen is changed every three days for long stays. Visitor Policy: Permission is required to invite guests, and extra charges will apply. Breakfast Preferences: Inform the caretaker of your breakfast preferences and desired time the day before. WiFi Access: WiFi user ID and password can be obtained from the caretaker. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Payment Policy: All payments must be made in advance at check-in. Identification Requirements: Valid government IDs of all guests must be shared via email one day before check-in and shown physically at check-in. Without prior ID submission and guest count, access may be denied. Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage to equipment, goods, crockery, linen, towels, etc. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or damage, including theft or pilferage. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Paytm, Gpay, and bank transfer. Music Policy: Outdoor music is allowed until 10:00 PM. After that, please switch to low volume or move indoors as per government rules. Management Rights: The management reserves the right to admission and may request any guest to vacate the property without prior notice.
