Welcome to your Da Alohas stay! We are delighted to host you and are committed to providing you with a comfortable, safe, and memorable experience. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and residents, we kindly request that you read and follow the house rules below. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 2:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and require prior written approval from the Da Alohas team. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy 2BHK Apartments: ₹750 per hour Hourly charges apply for check-ins before 12:00 PM and check-outs after 11:30 AM. If you require a guaranteed early check-in or guaranteed late check-out, we may need to block the previous or following night's booking. In such cases, the charge will be 70% of the applicable nightly tariff, subject to availability. Any unauthorised early check-in or late check-out without prior approval from the Da Alohas team will attract a penalty of ₹5,000. 👥 Guest Policy Only registered guests mentioned in the reservation are permitted inside the apartment. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Outside visitors, day visitors, and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the Da Alohas team. Any additional guest found staying at or using the property without being added to the reservation will be charged ₹1,000 per person, per night, subject to the apartment's maximum occupancy. 🏡 Your Stay, Your Space Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. If the property features a shared swimming pool or common facilities, guests are requested to follow all housing society rules while using them. Please respect fellow residents and help maintain a peaceful and family-friendly environment. 🏊 Swimming Pool Rules (Applicable only for properties with a swimming pool) Please use the swimming pool only during the timings specified for your property. Proper swimwear is mandatory. Regular clothing is not permitted inside the pool. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. Smoking, alcohol consumption, food, glass bottles, loud music, running, diving, and rough play are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. Any penalties or fines imposed by the housing society due to violation of pool rules shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. 🔇 Noise Policy Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Loud music, DJs, parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of neighbours and other residents at all times. 🚭 Smoking & Alcohol Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or designated outdoor areas, where applicable. Alcohol may be consumed responsibly inside the apartment only. Drinking alcohol and smoking are not permitted in common areas, including the swimming pool. 🐾 Pets Pets are not permitted unless approved by the Da Alohas team before the booking is confirmed. 🍳 Kitchen Usage Guests are welcome to use the kitchen responsibly. Please clean all utensils and kitchen equipment after use. Switch off all appliances after use. Kindly avoid leaving food waste overnight to prevent insects and pests. ❄️ Electricity & Air Conditioning Please switch off air conditioners, lights, fans, geysers, and electrical appliances whenever leaving the apartment. Help us conserve energy by using electricity responsibly. 🧹 Cleanliness Please keep the apartment neat and clean during your stay. Dispose of waste only in the designated bins. Bed linen and towels are replaced once every two nights for longer stays. Additional linen or towel changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may attract additional housekeeping charges. 🚗 Parking Complimentary parking (where available) must be used only in the designated parking space allotted to the apartment. Da Alohas shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside them. 🔑 Keys & Lock Policy Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment keys safe throughout their stay. A charge of ₹1,000 will be applicable for any lost, misplaced, or unreturned key to cover the cost of preparing and issuing a duplicate key. If the lock is damaged, tampered with, or requires replacement due to the loss of keys or guest negligence, a charge of ₹5,000 will be applicable towards replacing the lock and providing a new set of keys. Please inform the Da Alohas team immediately if the keys are lost or damaged so that appropriate assistance can be arranged. 🔒 Safety & Security Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the apartment. Do not leave valuables unattended. The management shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Occasionally, routine maintenance of common facilities (including lifts, swimming pools, or utilities) may be carried out by the housing society. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times. 🚫 Strictly Prohibited The following activities are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property: Illegal activities of any kind. Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotic substances. Firearms, weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials. Gambling or any unlawful activity. Smoking inside the apartment. Tampering with society property, CCTV systems, fire safety equipment, or emergency exits. Commercial activities or unauthorised events. Any violation may result in the immediate termination of your booking without refund and may also be reported to the appropriate authorities. 💰 Damages & Penalties Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, appliances, linen, décor, fixtures, fittings, or society property during their stay. Please report any accidental damage immediately. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at actuals. Violation of any house rules, including but not limited to: Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out. Unregistered guests or outside visitors. Exceeding the approved occupancy. Loud music, parties, or disturbing neighbours. Smoking inside the apartment. Misuse of common facilities. Damage to the apartment or society property. Loss of keys or damage to locks. Activities resulting in complaints from neighbours or the housing society. may attract a minimum penalty of ₹5,000, in addition to applicable repair costs, replacement charges, housing society fines, or legal action wherever necessary. 🙏 Thank You Thank you for choosing Da Alohas.
