Guest access

Guests will have full private access to the entire 2BHK apartment, including the living room, both bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and balconies. You will also have access to: • 🛗 Lift/elevator for easy access to all floors • 🅿️ Secure on-site parking within the building premises • 🏢 Common areas of La Kailasa Residency The building has multiple similar apartments, and one unit will be assigned based on availability. If you have a floor preference, please let us know in advance and we will try our best to accommodate it. Our team from Da Alohas will be available to assist you with check-in and any support you may need during your stay.

1. Residential Building Layout La Kailasha Residency is a peaceful, secure residential property with a total of 8 apartments spread across 4 floors. Your apartment will be assigned based on availability, but you may also share your floor preference, and we will do our best to accommodate it when possible. 2. Elevator Access The building is equipped with a fully functional elevator, making it convenient for guests with luggage or those who prefer not to use stairs. 3. Power Backup – Diesel Generator + Inverter Rishikesh can experience occasional power fluctuations. To ensure uninterrupted comfort: The property has a diesel generator (DG set) for full power backup when required. An inverter backup also supports essential lighting and fans during short outages. High-load appliances such as ACs and geysers may not operate on inverter mode but will run when the DG set is active. 4. Linen & Towel Policy For hygiene and sustainability, linen and towels are changed after every two nights of stay. Additional changes can be arranged on request for an extra charge. 5. No Parties or Loud Gatherings To maintain the calm environment of this residential community, parties, loud music, or events are strictly prohibited. 6. Wildlife & Nature Being in a nature-rich region, guests might occasionally see insects or monkeys outdoors. Please keep windows and balcony doors closed when not in use. 7. Parking Guests have access to our secured parking area with space for 8–10 cars. Please use only the designated parking slots. 8. Water Heating Geysers take approximately 8–12 minutes to fully heat water, especially during winter months. 9. Internet Wi-Fi is available for regular usage, work calls, and streaming. Speed may vary at times due to the hilly terrain and network conditions. 10. ID Verification All guests must submit valid government IDs before check-in, as required by law. (PAN cards are not accepted as ID.) 11. Scheduled Maintenance For long-stay guests, periodic housekeeping or maintenance visits may be required. You will always be informed prior to any visit. 12. Heating (Additional Charge) Room heater is available on request for an extra charge of ₹600 per night. Please inform the host in advance if you need it.
