First Floor - This floor has En-suite Bedroom 2, En-suite Bedroom 3, En-suite Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5. Second Floor - Terrace Villa 2: 4 Bedroom Villa Ground Floor - On this ground floor, we have a Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Private Swimming Pool, Common Washroom, and Bedroom 1. First Floor - This floor has En-suite Bedroom 2, En-suite Bedroom 3, En-suite Bedroom 4 and Family room Second Floor - Terrace Some things to note: - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - Pets are not allowed in the property - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable. - Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef On Call on a chargeable basis.

Important Cooking Facility Notice: Due to the ongoing global situation and possible supply disruptions during the current war crisis, LPG gas cylinder availability may occasionally be affected and is subject to availability. However, to ensure a smooth stay experience, we provide induction cooktops as an alternative for guests to prepare their meals without inconvenience.
