The space

Indoor Spaces Guests have access to 2 ground-floor bedrooms one with an attached washroom and one without, along with a shared living area where you can relax, read, or chat over tea. The first-floor features two spacious guest bedrooms, each with attached private washrooms. This level also includes a cozy private living space equipped with an indoor fireplace, perfect for cold evenings. A fully functional kitchen (subject to availability of LPG cylinders) is available exclusively for guests staying on the first floor, allowing you to prepare meals, snacks, or hot beverages whenever you like. Outdoor Spaces Step outside and enjoy open areas designed for slow, relaxing days. The garden offers fresh air and greenery, while the rooftop turf terrace is ideal for casual sit-outs, stargazing, photo sessions, or a quiet drink in the evening. The property offers both indoor and outdoor games, making it enjoyable for guests of all ages. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down (no loud music outdoors) - we're in a peaceful hill area where sound travels. Respect neighbors, or we might have to ask you to leave without refund. Bonfire evenings can be organized to add warmth and atmosphere to your stay. Pets are welcome, and spacious outdoor areas give them room to play. Bedrooms There are four comfortable bedrooms in total: two on the ground floor with one washroom and two on the first floor, each with attached bathrooms and kitchen for privacy and convenience. The first-floor bedrooms also enjoy access to the private indoor lounge and kitchen area. Villa's all yours, exclusive use only. Bedrooms open based on adults: - Up to 4 adults = 2 bedrooms - 5-6 adults = 3 bedrooms - 7-8 adults = 4 bedrooms Rest of the place (living areas, kitchens on 1st floor, outdoors) is all yours. Access & Surroundings Parking is located about 200 meters away from the home, followed by a short walk to the property. The caretaker is available to assist with check-in, services, and local queries. Oliver’s Nest is designed to give you a peaceful experience with natural surroundings, cozy firelit evenings, and enough space indoors and outdoors to truly slow down.

Guest access

Guests will have access to all shared and private areas meant for their stay. This includes two ground-floor bedrooms, one with an attached washroom and one without, the shared living area, and the outdoor seating spaces. On the first floor, guests will have private access to two bedrooms, each with an attached washroom, along with a private living area and fireplace. The first-floor kitchen is available exclusively for guest use for a nominal fee of Rs. 200 per day. Outdoor spaces such as the garden, terrace turf, and play areas are open for all guests and are shared. Bonfire setup can be arranged upon request. Parking is provided 200 meters from the property, followed by a short walk to the house.

A caretaker is available on-site to assist with check-in, housekeeping, and arranging services like bonfires, and basic support during your stay. The owner stays on the ground floor and is respectful of guest privacy while ensuring the property remains clean and well-maintained.
