The space

Our houseboat consists of 3 different rooms all equipped with full private washrooms! Every room has a double bed and a single bed, big enough for 3 people! Apart from that we have few shared spaces which can be utilised by every guests like - a big dining area with a capacity of 9 guests at once - a traditionally made living room accommodating a gathering of 10 people - a balcony right in-front of the houseboat with the most serene view of Dal Lake and the holy view of the oldest volcanic mountain of Kashmir with Lord Shankara-charya Temple on the top. We also have a small patio where you can enjoy your morning and evening tea/coffee with relaxing sound of water of Dal Lake witnessing some fauna birds flying over the lake. You can enjoy authentic Kashmiri delicacies (aka Kashmiri Wazwaan) at our houseboat on pre-order. We also offer Breakfast and Dinner(both Jain and Non-veg food) at an extra charge of 2000/couple/day. Kindly inform us if you need that to be included in the package! Please Note : We prepare Jain food in different kitchen! No scope of it getting mixed with Non-Veg utensils/kitchen!

The guests can access each and every space of the houseboat and can also choose their own room (subject to availability).

Other things to note

Incase of a booking having: - 3 guests, we will be giving 1 room by default! - 4/5 guests, we will be giving 2 rooms by default. (If you require an additional room or the whole house boat to yourself, kindly contact before booking!) The booking only includes the accommodation, welcome tea and 2 crossings/day. Rest anything and everything which isn’t mentioned, is chargeable. Please message if you have any doubts.
