Please Note: This peaceful 1-bedroom stay is part of our 6-bedroom lakeside homestay. Guests enjoy a private room and bathroom but share the pool, garden, and kitchen with others. Please note there miay be other guests staying in other rooms. Access to this unit is via an external staircase, offering privacy while keeping you close to the property’s shared amenities.

The space

Bedroom The room features a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, TV, wardrobe, and a private balcony overlooking the lake. Perfect for solo travellers or couples seeking quiet comfort in a scenic, natural setting. Bathroom Your attached bathroom includes a shower, geyser, mirror, sink, towels, and essential toiletries. Clean and bright, it’s designed for a comfortable and refreshing stay. Shared Living Area Guests in this unit can relax in the shared living area on the ground floor, complete with a sofa setup, TV, and natural lighting — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Shared Dining Enjoy meals in the shared dining space located on the ground floor. Start your day with a complimentary breakfast or request a home-style dinner prepared by our in-house chef. Shared Kitchen The shared kitchen on the ground floor is equipped for reheating purposes. It includes a gas cooktop, refrigerator, basic cookware, crockery, and cutlery. The chef is happy to assist with meal preparation upon request additionally chargeable. Outdoors All guests have access to the pool, garden, bonfire setup, and barbecue kit (₹500 for 1 kg chicken). The pool, with its separate kids’ area, offers a perfect place to relax under the Wayanad sky. Evenings by the bonfire create a magical, communal experience — quiet, warm, and memorable. Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the assigned bedrooms and bathrooms and shared access to the living and dining areas, garden, and private pool.

During your stay

As your host, I believe every guest deserves not just comfort, but care. I’ll greet you personally upon arrival or have my caretaker do so if I’m away. You’ll have your privacy, but we’re always a message or call away for anything you might need — from arranging a bonfire to helping plan your day in Wayanad.

Other things to note

• The property has no air-conditioning, but the natural surroundings and ceiling fans keep it comfortable. • There are some shared spaces, respect other’s privacy • No kitchen access for full cooking; only heating or light use allowed. • Fire extinguishers are not installed, but we do have a first aid kit and CCTV cameras for safety. • Inverter backup supports essential power needs. • Best mobile networks: Airtel and Jio tend to have the strongest connectivity in the area. House Rules • Check-in: 1:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM • smoking is only permitted outdoors. • Alcohol: Allowed only in designated areas • Events/Parties: Allowed with prior approval only • Pets are not allowed. • Pool use: Closes at 11:00 PM for safety Pool Rules • No Lifeguard on Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be always supervised by an adult, even while using the kids pool. • Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool. • No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only.
