Please Note: This 3-bedroom unit is located on the first floor of our larger 6-bedroom lakeside homestay and is accessed via an external staircase. Guests staying in this unit will have private bedrooms and bathrooms but share the pool, garden, and kitchen with other guests. Perfect for families or groups who want independence while enjoying some shared amenities.

The space

Bedrooms The first floor features three comfortable double bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, TV, wardrobe, and private balcony with lake views. The rooms are airy and naturally lit, ideal for resting after exploring Wayanad. Bathrooms All three bedrooms have private attached bathrooms, fitted with showers, geysers, mirrors, towels, and essential toiletries. Bright, clean, and convenient — everything you need for a refreshing stay. Shared Living Area While there isn’t a private living room on this floor, guests can freely use the shared ground-floor living space, featuring a cozy sofa set, a TV, and a reading nook. It’s a lovely spot to unwind and connect with fellow travellers. Shared Dining Guests can enjoy meals in the shared dining area on the ground floor, which seats six guests comfortably. Start your day with a complimentary breakfast or request freshly cooked local meals from our in-house chef. Shared Kitchen Guests share access to the ground-floor kitchen, which is not open for full cooking but available for reheating and light use. The chef can assist with meal preparation at additional charge, and guests are welcome to bring outside food. Outdoors (shared space) Step outside to enjoy the shared pool, garden, and bonfire setup. The pool (4–5 ft deep) includes a kids’ section and is open until 11 PM. Guests can also enjoy outdoor games, stroll around the lush property, or use the barbecue kit (chargeable according to the menu). The outdoor area is shared among all guests but spacious enough for everyone to relax peacefully. Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the assigned bedrooms and bathrooms and shared access to the living and dining areas, garden, and private pool.

During your stay

As your host, I believe every guest deserves not just comfort, but care. I’ll greet you personally upon arrival or have my caretaker do so if I’m away. You’ll have your privacy, but we’re always a message or call away for anything you might need — from arranging a bonfire to helping plan your day in Wayanad.

Other things to note

• The property has no air-conditioning, but the natural surroundings and ceiling fans keep it comfortable. • There are some shared spaces, respect other’s privacy • No kitchen access for full cooking; only heating or light use allowed. • Fire extinguishers are not installed, but we do have a first aid kit and CCTV cameras for safety. • Inverter backup supports essential power needs. • Best mobile networks: Airtel and Jio tend to have the strongest connectivity in the area. House Rules • Check-in: 1:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM • smoking is only permitted outdoors. • Alcohol: Allowed only in designated areas • Events/Parties: Allowed with prior approval only • Pets are not allowed. • Pool use: Closes at 11:00 PM for safety Pool Rules • No Lifeguard on Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be always supervised by an adult, even while using the kids pool. • Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool. • No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only.
