The space

Bedrooms Step inside to find six spacious double bedrooms,two on ground floor and 4 on the first floor, each furnished with king-sized beds, soft linens, wardrobes, bedside tables, and cozy extras like pillows and blankets for every guest. Every room comes with an attached bathroom and balcony that opens to serene lake views, making every sunrise and sunset a sight to remember. All rooms are naturally cooled with ceiling fans (no air-conditioning) and feature TVs for your entertainment. The setup is ideal for groups—each room comfortably sleeps two, with an extra mattress available for one additional guest if needed. Bathrooms The home offers six attached bathrooms, each with a shower, geyser, mirror with sink, towels, and a common toiletries dispenser stocked with essentials. Hair dryers are available on request. Clean, functional, and bright, each space is designed for convenience after a dip in the pool or a day of exploring nearby caves. Living Area The living room on the ground floor invites you to relax and unwind with a cozy sofa setup for up to six guests, a TV, and a calm, open layout that connects to the dining area. Ceiling fans keep the space cool and airy, while large windows let in plenty of natural light. It’s the perfect spot for evening conversations or a quiet read from the collection of books and magazines available. Dining Area Adjacent to the living room, the dining space seats six guests, ideal for sharing home-cooked meals or a chef-prepared dinner. The area flows seamlessly into the common spaces, encouraging everyone to gather around the table for conversation and connection. Kitchen Our closed kitchen is located indoors on the ground floor. While it’s unavailable for self-cooking, it’s well-equipped for light reheating. It includes gas cooktop, double-door refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, regular cookware, and a chimney. The chef on site can help you with meal packages, and a complimentary breakfast is included (you may choose two dishes each morning). Guests are welcome to bring outside food, and non-vegetarian dishes are allowed. Outdoor Spaces Step outside into a peaceful world of green. The private garden wraps around the property, offering plenty of open space for children to play or adults to stroll under the morning sun. The highlight is the private outdoor pool, shimmering under the Wayanad sky. It’s about 4–5 feet deep, with separate sections for kids, pool lights, and a filtration system for clean water. For safety and serenity, the pool closes at 11:00 PM. Guests can also enjoy outdoor games like football, relax around a bonfire under the stars, or make use of the barbecue kit (₹500 for 1 kg chicken). Every evening here feels like a gentle celebration.
